Prenatal Yoga is a special class with it's own sun salutations & modified supported poses specifically created to keep Mom and baby safe while creating space for breath, growth & love in all trimesters. Michelle, a registered prenatal yoga teacher. Whose aim is to alleviate any common pregnancy issues through asana and pranayama & creating a gentle space where you can connect with yourself & your new little one. ALL PARTICIPANTS IN PRENATAL YOGA MUST BE EXPERIENCING A HEALTHY & NORMAL PREGNANCY.
All props and mat are included for class. BYOB Bring your own blanket. Please feel free to bring any blankets or pillows that you would like to incorporate with your practice.
