Start your weekend off feeling strong! Saturday Sweatt is a 60 minute class with faster paced Vinyasa and advanced poses. There will always be a variation provided to regress or progress your practice. Along with the option to take a break! We will end class with a restorative savanna and weekend intention setting!

All props and mat are included for class.
